$1.3m TreeClimb adventure course opens in Kuitpo Forest

The new TreeClimb location includes multi-level challenge courses, an extended zip-line flying above the Heysen Trail and a suspended aerial nets course.

From the team that brought you one of the most adventurous activities in Adelaide, the TreeClimb crew are delivering serious thrills in their new Kuitpo Forest location on Sunday 15th of January.

Following the establishment of the hugely successful TreeClimb Greenhill road location in 2018, the $1.3 million dollar NEW tree-based zip-line and high ropes adventure course is on track to open for the summer holidays.

The Nature Based Experience Company (the team behind TreeClimb) have added new features unique to TreeClimb Kuitpo Forest that will offer a next-level experience for outdoor adventure seekers.

The new design includes multi-level challenge courses, extended zip-line loops overlaying part of the Heysen Trail and a South Australian first with a suspended aerial nets course.

The group have made a concerted effort to design a far more inclusive and accessible product at Kuitpo, catering for people with disabilities so they can enjoy the treetops with their families and carers.

The development also includes an environmental education room, check-in area, safety and harnessing space, together with a small café for refreshments, toilet facilities and a nature play zone.

TreeClimb Kuitpo Forest will employ 35 local full-time and casual staff, and is predicted to welcome well over 40,000 visitors annually.

So saddle up and hop in the car and enjoy the 45 minute car ride to the new location when it opens and if you’re looking for an activity for the school holidays a little closer to the Adelaide CBD, the Greenhill road location will satisfy you with some serious aerial treats.

TreeClimb Greenhill road is located in Park 20 Cnr. Greenhill and Unley Road, Kurrangga Park, Adelaide City Park Lands.
