Looking for a place to wind down after a long week? 18 Leigh Wine Room, situated above Cos 18 Leigh Restaurant, will be hosting some big names in wine as well as small boutique growers that don’t have a cellar door every Friday night.
It’s open every Friday night from 5pm to 7pm for complimentary wine tasting. Find one you love? You can purchase by the glass or bottle and pick a spot on the chesterfield lounges in front of the open fire. They’ve got great cheese and charcuterie boards if you’re feeling peckish. Or plan on making a night of it and dine in the restaurant downstairs – you’ll get some sweet discount off your bill.
This Friday 21 July, the recently renovated 18 Leigh Wine Room will be showcasing wines from Adelaide Hills winery Main and Cherry from 5pm to 7pm.
Main & Cherry is a family owned winery based at Cherry Gardens in the Adelaide Hills, dedicated to creating small-batch wines. Together with their own vineyards at Cherry Gardens and Clarendon, they also team up with other grape growing families throughout the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale, selecting varieties that are perfectly suited to their sites and soils.
