Undoubtedly the queen of COVID-19 updates here in South Australia, our very own chief public health officer, Professor Nicola Spurrier, has had a cocktail named in her honour by the team at 2KW.
The cocktail, a fabulous-sounding gin sour, incorporates gin from Threefold Distilling, fresh apricot, zesty lemon and fluffy egg whites.
If you are a fan of Nicola, and the work she has done for the state, we suggest making the pilgrimage up to the 2KW rooftop as soon as possible.
Of course, the cocktail is best enjoyed atop of the 2KW balcony, overlooking the northern parklands of the city.
