Members of the Adelaide 36ers will today head to Rundle Mall at 1pm to shave and colour their hair in support of the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave.
Headed by Mitchell Creek and Stephen Weigh, they want to encourage people to support them by visiting the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave website www.leukaemia.org.au
“Steve and I feel strongly about this, today I will be getting my head shaved and Steve will be getting his beautiful locks and beard coloured,” said Mitchell Creek cheekily.
“The Leukaemia Foundation are doing a wonderful job raising public awareness of this heartbreaking disease and we just want to help.”
Members of the team including Stephen Weigh and Mitchell Creek will be heading to Rundle Mall canpony, Gawler Place at 1pm to take part in the World’s Greatest Shave.
