6 Food & Drink Stallholders To Drool Over At Bowerbird This November

Some go to shop for gifts for friends, others come to shop for gifts for their mouths…

The Bowerbird Design Market is less than two weeks away, it’s the perfect opportunity to get your Christmas list started early. For those who aren’t aware, Bowerbird is one of Australia’s leading contemporary design markets showcasing hundreds of stallholders and creative designers who produce homewares, fashion, lifestyle, lighting, artworks, jewellery and stationary.

This November Bowerbird will be bringing 160 stallholders to the Wayville Pavilion at Adelaide Showground. Included in this are boutique food and drink stallholders to fill your stomach with something sweet and wet your whistle, because it’s near enough to Christmas to start drinking, right?

Here’s a few our favourite food and drink stallholders coming to Bowerbird:

It will only be a few days till Summer by the time you’re at Bowerbird. Why not grab a cold bottle of Mischief Brew Coffee? Mischief Brew will have Artisan (non-dairy) milk options, iced tea tinctures and their famous bottled iced coffee.

While down at Bowerbird, why not grab the best beer in the world. We mean that quite literally, as Prancing Pony‘s India Red Ale was named Supreme Beer Champion at the International Beer Challenge in London this September.

Prancing Pony beer is made right here in the Adelaide Hills. They keep it real using only malt, hops, yeast and water, their beers are unfiltered, untamed, and did we mention, the best in the world?

Four Seeds
is a travelling retro kitchen cupboard serving Adelaide’s favourite chocolate brownies. Their range of delicious flavour include gluten free and vegan options, all baked from scratch in their Adelaide Hills Kitchen.

Dawn Patrol Coffee moves out of their casual styled back porch in Kangarilla to bring the home roasted specialty coffee to Bowerbird. It’s hard to find anyone in Adelaide who knows more about coffee than Dawn Patrol.

Dawn Patrol aims for 100% traceability, which means we want to know exactly where the beans come from and who grows them, ethically and sustainably.

Sit Lo‘s trendy Vietnamese food will be reappearing at the markets. For those not in the Christmas spirit they can grab a filling lunch of infamous slow cooked Boa (steamed buns) and classic Vietnamese rolls.

Finally, Antipodes Gin will be bringing their organically certified, carbon neutral gin to the market. A great way to finish the markets off for those who are really feeling the Christmas spirit early.
