There have been 64 new cases of COVID-19 reported today. There have been 1,143 cases reported in South Australia to date.
Today’s cases are five children, four teenagers, 31 women aged between 19 and 69 and 24 men aged between 20 and 70.
Of these, three acquired their infections overseas, 40 acquired their infections in South Australia and are known contacts of a positive case, nine acquired their infections in South Australia with contacts unknown and 12 cases acquired their infections in Australia with source investigation ongoing.
Two confirmed cases reported yesterday have been removed from our total case numbers as they were previously reported interstate.
A man in his 30s and a man in his 60s are in the Royal Adelaide Hospital in stable condition.
