EAT

FUEGO BY THE SEA, WEST BEACH

Fuego, meaning ‘fire,’ lives up to its name at this vibrant seaside dining spot, where the charcoal grill takes centre stage, coating premium meats and seafood with a rich, smoky flavour.

At the helm is Head Chef Danny Sauchelli – the talent behind the popular Fuego Catering – who brings over 35 years of industry experience to the Mediterranean and Argentinian-inspired menu.

Set beachfront, overlooking the peaceful West Beach shoreline, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. You can brave the cold and immerse yourself in the smells of the coast on the large balcony, or cosy up inside – the floor-to-ceiling glass offers no compromise on view.
