There have been 73 new cases of COVID-19 reported today. There have been 1,216 cases reported in South Australia to date.
Today’s cases are 11 children, two teenagers, 34 women aged between 18 and 67, and 26 men aged between 19 and 74.
Of these, one acquired their infection overseas, 29 acquired their infections in South Australia and are
known contacts of a positive case, four acquired their infections in South Australia with contacts unknown, two acquired their infections interstate, and 37 cases acquired their infections in Australia with source investigation ongoing.
One confirmed case previously reported has been removed from our total case numbers as they have been reclassified as a historical case.
A man in his 30s and a man in his 60s are in the Royal Adelaide Hospital in stable condition.
