It was recently announced that a $90 million Ramada hotel will be built in Adelaide’s booming north by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. With over 850 hotels in more than 60 countries around the world, the hotel franchisor is the world’s largest. This property will be the first of its kind built in South Australia
The exciting new hotel will boast a collection of 205 rooms and other impressive facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, and sports bar, along with meeting and conference spaces.
Construction on the hotel is scheduled to begin in October this year, with the opening set for the first quarter of 2021. The hotel will operate as a Ramada under an agreement between Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Playford City Hotel Pty Ltd.
The launch of the Ramada hotel will coincide with an expansion of Playford’s infrastructure, including the $885 million Northern Connector Expressway and a $40 million ice sport and recreation centre.
