A COVID-19 Mask Update for South Australians

There’s been an update from SA Health on who has to wear masks and when…

From today, masks will no longer be mandatory for:

People present in health care settings (this includes staff and visitors at residential aged care facilities)

People working in personal care services (hairdressers, beauty salons, tattoo parlours and similar businesses).

Face masks are an additional physical barrier and help to stop the spread of COVID-19.

At this time in South Australia it is not mandatory for the general community, but it is recommended to wear a mask when out in public if you are unable to physically distance from others.
