This one’s for the vegans!
Remy’s Deep Dish Pizza & Bar has dropped a brand new, deliciously mouth-watering, vegan pizza menu.
Much like Josh Rivers’ famous Adelaide Brighton brunch spot C.R.E.A.M, a portion of the menu at Remy’s is now solely dedicated to vegan cuisine, and it looks insane.
The inspiration for providing a vegan-based menu was stirred from Josh’s personal dining experiences, often seeing vegan mates left with limited options.
“There were so many stumbling points cooking vegan deep dish; finding a decent cheese alternative that didn’t turn to mush when cooking it for 30 mins, or finding an alt cheese that still tastes like cheese after that much cooking, the extra moisture in the heavy load of veg affecting the dough,” the restaurant says.
After trial upon trial, the team at Remy’s has finally hit the nail on the head and is delivering authentic deep-dish pizzas.
Indulge in one of, or all (no judgment), three vegan options Remy’s now has on offer, including a traditional vegan deep dish, vegan BBQ chicken or classic cheeseburger pizza.
“Rally the troops and don’t bother having to scout the menu for vegan option (sic) because we’ve got you,” says Remy’s.
