Check out the incredible view from Doughballs, in the heart of Moseley Square!
After choosing a tough year to launch a new seaside restaurant, Doughballs The Pizza Place on Moseley Square are pulling out all the stops for their New Years Eve party.
Appropriately calling it ‘GET STUFFED (with Pizza) 2020’, the name works on more than one level, as it includes a 3-course banquet including any of their delicious starters, a main (we recommend any of their 12” pizza options) and a dessert from their extensively good menu.
Thrown in for very good measure is 2 hours of unlimited wine, beer and selected spirits between 9pm and 11pm, as well as a free glass of prosecco for those staying til midnight.
Proudly family-friendly, for those bringing their children along, the usual 3-course kid’s menu price of $9.90 applies, which includes a drink and a babycino.
Located in the heart of Glenelg’s beachside Moseley Square, the restaurant’s balcony offers prime views of the sea — not to mention exceptional people-watching opportunities — and is sure to be popular, so owners Catriona and Lincoln recommend getting in early, as bookings will be made on a first in first serve basis.
Worth noting too is they have a great range of vegan and gluten-free options, not to mention the fact that they are two of the nicest people going around, so why wouldn’t you want to spend your New Year’s with them?
If by the time you read this they’re already full, or you just can’t wait, we also highly recommend their bottomless brunches, which take place every Sunday from January, or any of their breakfast style pizzas, perfect for that post-beach swim hunger.
Check out their Facebook page for all the info or scroll their very appetising Instagram feed before you book!
