A family-friendly scavenger hunt has arrived at Semaphore

Like a scavenger hunt, kids are encouraged to traverse the main street and pick up free items from traders along the way.

Get ready for some seaside, school holidays fun!

Semaphore Fun Finds has returned for the summer holidays and will be running on January 20th and 21st from 11 am.

Semaphore Fun Finds is a free fun activity for kids to uncover their local hidden gems.

Every participant is given a free Semaphore Bag and a Map of things they need to find along Semaphore Road.

Like a scavenger hunt, kids are encouraged to traverse the main street and pick up free items from traders along the way.

Along the trail, kids will discover some of Semaphore Roads best-kept secrets, enjoy a milkshake at a local cafe, stop for fish and chips, followed by ice cream and perhaps find the perfect back to school backpack.

Anyone who returns their completed form, showing they have collected an item from every trader on the list goes into the draw to win a goodie bag worth over $450 for the whole family.

Semaphore Fun Finds is limited to the first 100 children (aged 3-12) daily and is sponsored by the City of Port Adelaide Enfield.

The fun can continue after the hunt, located along the Esplanade, the seaside spot is bursting with entertainment to enjoy throughout the summer season.

Kids can enjoy the thrill rides, dodgem cars, sideshow games and so much more, at Semaphore Carnival.

For the smaller kids, a refuelling pit stop at Hart’s Mill Playground positioned on the foreshore might be the perfect way to end an adventure-packed day.

Semaphore Fun Finds  Registration is located outside 71 Semaphore Road (corner of Jagoe Street), Semaphore. To find out more visit the Semaphore Fun Finds Facebook Event.
