Crackling open fire, 18 metre waterfall, delicious KIS gin … need we go on? Utopia @ Waterfall Gully is gearing up to host its first ever GINtopia night and it’s going to be one to remember.
As the nation’s only restaurant set beside a natural waterfall, stone chalet Utopia is a unique, unforgettable place to spend an evening. The highly anticipated GINtopia will give guests the opportunity to sample four KIS gins with delicious botanical mixers, matched to a selection of handmade, bite-sized Utopia meals.
The night will also feature a live, acoustic set from Kat Raynor Music, and the KIS team will be in attendance to talk all things relating to their award-winning range of gins and spirits.
WHAT ARE YOU TASTING?
KIS Wild Gin with strawberries, mint and rosemary matched with cuban marinated pressed pork shoulder on brioche with celeriac and pepita remoulade
KIS OGin with fresh orange and thyme matched with a mustard and herb -crusted venison slider, with rhubarb and pepper relish and salt and vinegar fries
KIS Whisky Barrel with burnt orange peel matched with steamed osso bucco dumplings and smoked onion cream
KIS Mulberry Gin with fesh berries, mint and ginger beer matched with beetroot and haloumi tart with sticky balsamic
Additional food, drinks and gin cocktails also will also be available for purchase on the night.
