Start your 2018 the right way. A new restaurant will be opening its doors to the public on January 1 2018 and it looks set to pump up Adelaide’s Hutt Street even more. Introducing: Bai Long Store. Think modern Asian cuisine, serving a brunch to dinner menu, with a fine selection of tea on offer.
While Bai Long Store has kept much of the details surrounding the restaurant quite secretive up until now, the fact that it has been developed by the minds behind Gin Long Canteen and Concubine means that this is definitely going to be something special!
Headed by an experienced Headchef from Melbourne who used to manage high profile eateries such as Nobu and Bistro-K, Bai Long Store will be open 7 days a week with seperate breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.
The breakfast menu will include usual breakfast items with a modern Asian twist, with lunch offering more of a ‘Lunch Bowl’ menu including lots of vegetables, carbs and protein. Dinner will have a proper sit down menu (and we can’t wait to see what it will include). Worth mentioning is that there is a solely vegetarian menu at dinner in addition to their non-vegetarian menu… A little added bonus!
Located on the corner of Hutt Street and Wakefield Street, it will focus on serving traditional Chinese, Korean and Japanese dishes with a modern twist. Along with the restaurant, there will be Bai Long’s homemade and private-label products on offer to purchase, with a grab-and-go counter stocked with lunch options including their house-made curry pie.
The spot will be open from morning to night, meaning, there will never be a bad time to stop by!
