Joining forces with Andrew Pietsch at the Coffin Bay Oyster Company, Adelaide based Nick Sharp (the ‘guy’ in The Oyster Guy) has added a delivery function to the business, offering Adelaide locals the chance to have premium oysters delivered fresh to their door.
“My mate Andrew and I have been talking about it for ages, and it wasn’t until recently we were able to get the delivery arm organised to introduce The Oyster Guy to Adelaide,” Nick said.
“We’ve had the van running for about a month and a half, and it’s going really well so far.”
Starting from as little as $12 per dozen, The Oyster Guy makes it easy for you, by delivering direct to your door – catering for private, commercial and functions.
Giving us a peek of what’s next in the pipeline, Nick says they’ll soon have a mobile oyster bar up and running, available for function hire and events.
“It will be nice to have it all under the same banner, with [Andrew] Pietsch’s Coffin Bay Oyster Co.”
The Oyster Guy have three sizes of oysters to choose from: Bistro Size (50-60mm) at $12 per dozen, Plate Size (60-70mm) at $13.50 per dozen and Standard Size (70-85mm) with a minimum order of 10 dozen.
