A Prayer for the Wild at Heart—a modern brasserie-style restaurant overlooking the beautiful Hurtle Square in Adelaide’s CBD, is back for another magnificent sitting of their dinner series ‘Two Chefs, Two Ways’.
This June, the renowned Clare Falzon, who has a wealth of experience, will grace the kitchen for one night only!
Since her return to Australia, Clare worked with the esteemed Jacqui Challinor at Nomad in Sydney before embarking on a journey to explore the bountiful produce of local farms in the Barossa Valley at the renowned Hentley Farm.
Clare joined the Hentley Farm team in 2018 as a Sous Chef before earning the role has Head Chef and eventually becoming the the Executive Chef until July 2023.
Throughout the evening, guests will be able to experience Clare’s Maltese heritage which she infuses into her cooking with a vibrant paddock-to-table ethos. The dinner will include an appetising 5-course sitting with optional paired wines from award winning sommelier Mathilde Tytgat.

The dinner series ‘Two Chefs, Two Ways’, aims to bring two talented chefs with different techniques and cultural backgrounds, collaborating and creating a delicious meal together.
