A Russian Wonderland Is Coming To Sea And Vines

Forget the wintry weather by belting down some borscht and dancing to Russian folk songs at Coriole Vineyard’s Russian Wonderland!

Have you heard, that there’s a rumour in St Petersburg? And it’s that Coriole is transforming their quaint McLaren cellar door into a Russian Wonderland for the Sea & Vines Fest in June – with borscht, Russian folk songs and dancing!

There’s plenty of entertainment on offer at the gorgeous Coriole estate, too, with Russian folk band Golonka playing their lively ‘gypsy’ songs that will have you up and twirling. Acoustic musicians Jesse Francis and Jonny BoBo will also be providing more laidback tunes, with DJ Es’Ay laying down some continental tracks across the two days. For the kids, there’ll be face painting, a bouncy castle and Russian folk performers.

The Russian inspired menu will deal in porozki, pozharsky, the necessary borscht and so many more!

There will also be a vokda bar (sign us up!) where they will be mixing up Black Russians and Moscow Mules for added ruski authenticity.

“Mother Russia” is the Sunday ticketed experience, with the $44 tickets going quickly from the Sea & Vines website. If you miss out though, Monday is free to all to attend, and it’s always a popular weekend at the vineyard, so you’ll want to get there early to sort a convenient park.

Check out the two days’ Facebook event pages for more info, and don’t forget to follow Coriole on Facebook and Insta to keep up to date with new events, news and special offers.
