Strawberry Provenance Experience – Wellness Wander
You’re invited to spend a few hours at Beerenberg inside the new visitor experience/cafe and demonstration kitchen. You’ll walk the farm, pick your own strawberries and watch their chef’s cooking demonstration with delicious recipes you will enjoy for lunch.
The menu will include three recipes using fresh strawberries: strawberry salad, strawberry dressing, and sorbet! There are two sessions to choose from, and you’ll get a goodie bag to go home with, too.

A Taste of Beerenberg
Receive a warm country welcome into the Farm Cafe. Enjoy a local wine or soft drink and settle in with a seasonal locally sourced grazing platter. Learn how they develop new creations and sample a variety of products from across their huge range. If you’re lucky you may even get to taste pre-release products and share your thoughts on future flavour combinations.
You will begin with a savoury platter and finish with their famous scones with jam and cream.

Better Baking with Beerenberg – Tasting Australia
A brand-new kitchen space – perfect for this baking class and demonstration.
Gather in Grant’s Kitchen as guest foodie and recipe creator Chris Stephan shows off three baking techniques for a class of 20 participants. Take your own baking to the next level using delicious Beerenberg products.
Enjoy a glass of local Prosecco and a house-made appetiser, then sit back and relax as Chris and her right-hand cook Jo guide the group through three recipes: Victoria sponge; a lavosh and lemon lime meringue tarts.
Guests will learn some tricks, taking part along the way and asking questions of the experts. Glean wisdom from Chris, who has worked professionally as a chef, caterer and manager within the food and hospitality industries. This baking whiz is also a prolific recipe creator and food stylist, with recent projects including the 100 recipes in Beerenberg’s new cookbook This Long Weekend.
