A new twist on Australia’s iconic breakfast spread, the unaged spirit features freshly churned Pepe Saya butter and Sonoma sourdough toast.

Launched on May 8, it’s a spirit designed to replicate ‘buttery, almost warm, crisp-edged toast with that umami-rich, savoury mite flavour’.

For the cocktail lovers, the Archie Rose Bar Team have created two takes that will leave your tastebuds wanting more.
