Acacia’s dinner party service makes home entertaining epic

Bring one of Henley Beach’s best restaurants to your home, with this fully catered and staffed dinner party!

Spring has sprung, and traditionally that’s when Adelaide’s event scene also kicks off. This year things are looking a little different though, so exploring other options has never been more in demand. Entertaining at home is replacing Adelaide’s torrent of events at the moment, so in addition to a surge in home improvements, people have been fine tuning their dinner party offering.

Now, if you’re anything like me, planning and executing a dinner party is fabulous, but you spend more time buzzing around getting things sorted, than actually relaxing with your friends. Luckily the clever folks over at Henley Beach’s Acacia have created a stunning solution for the ultimate dinner party at home.

Acacia, traditionally known as a cafe/restaurant offering up creative menus, finely executed degustations and brilliant coffee, also dipped their toe in home delivered tasting menus over the lock down period in Adelaide. Now that offering has expanded, with the team available to do a full-in-home dinner party.

Basically, they bring the restaurant to your house for a fine dining experience. Brilliant.

‘Acacia at Home’ is priced from $160 per head (which varies depending on party size), the Acacia team will come to your home, prep all the food, set up (including wine glasses) and deliver a course by course dinner, that will leave your guests in awe. They will even organise a menu.

The whole experience for guests is around 4 hours, which means you get ALL the time you need to catch up property with your friends, while the chef team and wait staff take care of everything from making and serving the food and wine, to clearing each course, and being as present, or discreet as you’d like.

As they’re also juggling running a fantastic restaurant, you’ll need to give 4 week’s notice for bookings, and availability can be discussed via email.
