Adelaide Airport’s Qantas Club has been given the ultimate makeover just in time for the busy summer period, welcoming customers with a new and improved, streamlined experience.
Designed to reflect the beauty of the South Australian landscape, the space features contemporary custom furniture by local designers Agostino & Brown, with fittings from the Jam Factory. The space is filled with calming neutral tones and an abundance of state of the art features, making it the perfect place for customers to relax before a flight.
For those wanting to get some work done before a day of travel over 80% of the seats in the new Qantas Club have been fitted with USB-A and USB-C chargers by the national carrier. This is joined by wireless charging mats fixed to the terrazzo coffee tables throughout the lounge.

Local produce is available throughout the lounge for food enthusiasts. Guests can treat themselves to premium wine and beer including South Australian favourites such as Coopers and Penfolds, which will be on offer at the new sandstone central bar.
In addition, guests can enjoy a full seasonal buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is perfect for customers wanting to enjoy a meal before their flight. There will also be barista made coffee and light refreshments.

The redevelopment to the Adelaide lounge precinct is part of Qantas’ $100 million global lounge upgrade program. The next phase of the precinct’s construction includes the installation of additional seating space within the new Qantas Club and the brand-new Business Lounge which is expected to open mid next year.
“Adelaide is a key part of our network and we’re opening the Qantas Club ahead of the busy summer travel period so that our customers can start their holiday with an upgraded travel experience,” shared Qantas Chief Customer and Digital Officer, Catriona Larritt.
“All of the elements within the space have been carefully designed with what our customers have told us they want most. In response we’ve added more charging outlets for business customers and a variety of lounge spaces for leisure travellers to relax ahead of their flight. This is all part of our continued investment to improve the customer experience right across our network.”
