Adelaide Band Dangerous! Sign International Record Deal, Launch Debut Album ‘Teenage Rampage’ Dec 17‏

Adelaide-based band Dangerous! haven't had a dull moment since forming in 2007, and with the release of their new album Teenage Rampage, the boys – Tommy, Nicky, Jarrad & Liam – are poised for big things. Need proof? The band has just become the first Australian act ever to sign a worldwide record deal with Epitaph Records, and the first South Australian act in years act to sign an international recording contract.

Their debut album, recorded in Los Angeles with Grammy-nominated producer Ulrich Wild (Deftones, Pantera) and mixed by Marc McClusky (Weezer) meshes the youthful swagger of The Vines,  the edge of Guns N Roses and the energy of Australian rock icons AC/DC.

Having only been signed for a year, the band have already toured the UK twice, with high praise from British music publications coming their way:

'Australian sleaze rockers fizzing with chaotic energy and hip shaking fun'NME.com

'Fun loving, energetic Aussies Dangerous!, are bringing a party of Andrew W.K like proportions to your doors, let them in. Shoes off though'Kerrang

Teenage Rampage is a sonic explosion of the best elements of punk, classic rock and metal, effortlessly wrapped into one instantly infectious package. Lyrically, the album touches on youth, frivolity and individuality; subjects that the band hold true to their heart.

Dangerous! play Adelaide UniBar on Saturday, December 17 for the launch of Teenage Rampage. Tickets available through www.moshtix.com.au
