The dessert café specialises in Petit Gateaux (that means small cake in French), a multi-layered mousse-based cake with a minimum of five components, proving size doesn’t matter.
Love, Stephy also crafts Petit Fours, a set of mini desserts, which despite their size, have the same number of components a larger cake would have.
As connoisseurs of French desserts, Love, Stephy delivers premium European quality, importing chocolates and purees from France, Italy and Belgium with the help of local South Australian importers.
Love, Stephy also proves to back local businesses, lovingly creating each homemade dessert with South Australian sourced milk, cream, eggs, vanilla and fresh fruit.
As well as appealing to everyone’s sweet-tooth, Love, Stephy offers barista-made coffee using beans sourced from South Australian roaster, Patio.
Since its opening in 2019, the patisserie has put on the likes of high-teas and macaron workshops, proving to be more than your average dessert café.
