Adelaide Beer & BBQ Festival unveils epic brewer lineup for this July

Adelaide Beer & BBQ Festival has unveiled its lineup of 67 brewers, distillers and winemakers from Australia and across the globe.

The Adelaide Beer & BBQ Festival, the pinnacle celebration of beer, food, and music in Australia, is gearing up for its highly anticipated 2024 edition.

Slated to take place from July 12th to 14th at the Adelaide Showground, the weekend will be filled with great food, live entertainment, and an extensive selection of beverages.

In collaboration with the Independent Brewers Association, the festival has curated a stellar lineup of 67 brewers, distillers, and winemakers from Australia and around the world. This diverse selection promises to immerse attendees in a beer lover’s paradise, with over 1,000 beers and “not-beers” to sample, sourced from breweries both near and far.

Ryan Davidson, the festival’s Inaugural Beer Ambassador and former Founder of Little Bang Brewing Co., emphasised the importance of supporting the independent brewing industry in light of recent challenges.

“The independent brewing industry is doing it tough right now. Ridiculously tough. But we’re a resilient bunch,” Davidson says.

“There’s never been a more important time to get along to events like this and show your support for these remarkable businesses and the people behind them.”

The 2024 brewer lineup features a mix of established favourites and exciting newcomers, all of whom embody the spirit of the festival. Among the debutants are several South Australian exclusives, including Alice Springs Brewing Co, Crafty Robot Brewing, Laneway Beverage Co, McCarthy’s Orchard, and Tops Beer.

Attendees can also look forward to the ‘World’s On Fire’ activation, curated by ABBF BBQ Ambassador Alana Brabin, featuring traditional fire cooking methods from indigenous cultures around the globe. Plus, the Polyphagia Feast by Alana Brabin & Sarah Turner promises to be a culinary experience like no other.
