Adelaide brides can finally try Anna Campbell’s Adorn gowns in a one-off trunk show this week

“it’s never just about how a gown looks – it’s about how it feels.” Anna Campbell has been empowering brides for decades, and her latest collection lands in Adelaide for one weekend only this month.

Adelaide brides-to-be are about to get a rare opportunity to step inside the world of Anna Campbell, the celebrated Melbourne bridal designer known for her romantic, hand-embellished gowns. From 19–21 September 2025, Imagine Bridal Studio will host an exclusive Anna Campbell Trunk Show, offering brides a first look at the full Adorn collection in an intimate, appointment-only setting.

“[…] it’s never just about how a gown looks—it’s about how it feels,” says Anna Campbell.

“Empowering. Effortless. Like the truest version of yourself, with a little touch of magic woven in.”

“These gowns have been created with intention, love, and artistry—and now, they’re ready to become part of your story.”

Released globally in August, Adorn is Anna Campbell’s latest body of work, a celebration of vintage embellishment, sculptural silhouettes and elevated craftsmanship. Designed and hand-finished in Melbourne, the gowns champion slow fashion and individuality while embracing bold new fabrics and contemporary cuts.

“Adorn is for the bride who wants more,” Anna explains.

“More detail, more texture, more feeling. Each gown is designed to be a personal statement—glamorous, refined, and unapologetically individual.”

Standout designs include Alaska, a voluminous Mikado gown with a sculpted bodice and floral hand-embellishment, Amara, a shimmering strapless gown with dramatic draping and an optional thigh-high slit, Cassandra, a sleek crepe silhouette trimmed with delicate pearls, and Riviera, a hand-beaded showstopper with a plunging neckline and statement pearl drape.

She’s also known for doing bridal separates, a sought-after style among current brides-to-be. The Adorn collection features four toppers, mini sets, and the long Raven skirt is perfect to mix and match with your favourite top piece.

While Imagine Bridal has secured five breathtaking gowns from the Adorn collection as part of its permanent designer range – and is the only Adelaide boutique to do so – the trunk show will be the only time this year brides can try the full collection locally.

“A trunk show is such a rare opportunity because brides get to see the entire Anna Campbell collection, not just a handful of gowns,” says Sally Dean, owner of Imagine Bridal Studio.

“It’s a chance to step into the world of the designer.”

Each appointment, priced at $40, gives brides one hour in the studio with a dedicated stylist and the space all to themselves.

Imagine Bridal Studio has built its reputation on personalised service and curating gowns that speak to the modern Adelaide bride – stylish, and a little different.

“Our brides are often looking for something that feels unique but still timeless. Anna’s designs are the perfect answer, romantic, high-end, and a little bit unexpected.”

This is your chance to try on gowns never before seen in Adelaide. A chance to fall in love with exquisite detail, with silks that float and lace that sparkles, in a setting designed for luxury. A weekend to fall in love with a gown that feels like the truest version of you.
