Bride squads, assemble! For those who’ve been freshly ‘fiancéed’ it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the expectations of South Australia’s booming wedding industry, finding yourself lost in the labyrinth of colour schemes, favours, venues and flower arrangements. In an effort to remove that stress and put the party back into party planning, three small local businesses have organised a bride-to-be bonanza event, bringing together wedding experts in the fields of photography, dresses, event styling and catering to impart their wedding wisdom on Adelaide bride squads.

On the 19th June you and your ‘maids can attend a jam-packed interactive wedding workshop in Torrensville, where you’ll hear from a host of speakers acting as your wedding fairy godmothers to give you all the insight into planning your big day.

As well as hearing from professional photographers, wedding dress boutiques, suit emporiums and event stylists, guests will be greeted with a Cloudy Dream cocktail on arrival, with the onsite bar serving signature bridal-themed cocktails throughout the evening. Burgers and fries will be provided by Daisy Burger food truck, one of the most popular catering options for informal wedding receptions and sweet-tooths satisfied with a dessert grazing box by Leon & Rose Catering.

Attendees will leave with a treat-filled goodie bag including gifts from Nomad Candle Co., stylish scrunchies from Scrunched Up and a voucher from wedding photo shoot experts Adarling Boudoir.

Event speakers:

Dana & Doug Willison – Will & Co Photography

Emma Harris – Emma Faith Photography

Penny Lim – Ara Experience dresses

Brooke Guitink – The Beautiful Life wedding styling

Briana Kemp – White Orchid Events

Wedding Dreams organisers Sunday Love Events, Undercover Events & Ara Experience hope the workshop will provide an evening of fun, giving bridal parties the chance to hear from some incredible local businesses from one of the hardest hit industries during COVID-19.

Wedding Dreams will take place on the 19th June, 5-11pm at Canopy, 2 Jervois Street, Torrensville, with tickets costing $89 per person.
