There’s nothing better on a Monday morning that finding out yet ANOTHER local producer from our amazing state has taken out an award for best in the world. Today’s fabulous news is that we have the best sausages in the world, or so says the World Butchers’ Challenge.
Goodwood Quality Meats walked away from the World Butchers’ Challenge recently holding two awards, Best Pork Sausage and Best Gourmet Sausage, and we can see why! Their Mexican jalapeño and sour cream gourmet sausage sound almost as amazing as the Pork, Truffle and Provolone sausage that claimed best Pork sausage over the Brits!

However, it wasn’t just the Brits. Team Australia crushed the competition from 11 other nations: Ireland, Brazil, Bulgaria, France, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa and USA.
