The catering arm of the YSA is fast becoming the go-to name for premium events. The team already runs some of Adelaide’s most loved venues. Now they’re turning their focus outwards, bringing their hospitality magic to weddings, corporate lunches, and major festivals.
The shift started with Observatory 23. That kitchen changed everything. With the added space and infrastructure, Executive Chef Luke Brabin and his team could finally cook at scale without sacrificing quality. It was the beginning of something much bigger.
Now, they’re mobile, in demand, and delivering everything from luxe grazing tables to full service wedding menus.

They’ve already tackled high-profile events like Oakbank and Tour Down Under. But what’s setting them apart now is their focus on regional weddings.
“Couples no longer want cookie-cutter ballrooms. They want personality, they want something unique,” says Adam.
“We’re building something that’s flexible, elegant and truly South Australian.”
“Every event gets the same focus, whether it’s a cocktail party or a paddock ceremony with a beautiful clear marquee and twinkling lights.”
