The Adelaide Central Market will introduce a voluntary Sunday trading trial, offering customers more time to shop on the weekend.

Whilst Sunday trading is not compulsory, several stallholders have confirmed they will be open for business when the trial commences.

A selection of produce will be available from all trader categories, with Market-goers able to purchase fresh fruit and veg, meat, bread, specialty goods, and cheese. A number of eateries will also be open.

The ‘first hour free’ parking offer is set to be extended to Sundays, and a program of free family entertainment and live music will be on offer from 9:00am – 12:00pm every Sunday until the end of May.
