Adelaide Designers Steal Brownlow Red Carpet

Did someone say Jesinta Campbell was ‘Best Dressed’ at last night’s Brownlow Medal count? Because that Adelaide designer Stephanie Chehade she was wearing…

Ah, the ‘Gownlows’. Sans Queen of the WAG’s Rebecca Judd, the majority of the media were completely lost about where to look last night. There was the heartwarming story of the Op Shop Dress that made it onto the red carpet (would anyone really have noticed if it wasn’t drawn attention to?) and there were some eye-popping moments… so to speak… because that’s the sort of thing that drives traffic clicks… for shame.

But the real story is how Adelaide designers stole the show once again this year. Leading the pack and named ‘Best Dressed’ by the VAST majority was the beautiful Jesinta Campbell, partnered by Buddy Franklin, wearing Stephanie Chehade, hot off the Fashion Palette runway in New York Fashion Week.

Bec Ebert, the wife of Port Adelaide’s Brad Ebert, was also in Stephanie Chehade for the evening and made an equally striking impression.

Megan Bennett, fiance of Adelaide Crows Daniel Talia, looked absolutely lavish in Jaimie Sortino.

Alana Smith, partner of Crows CEO Andrew Fagan was looking a vision in Greta Kate.

And not to mention Krystal Cummings (girlfriend of Crows Brodie Smith) rocking out the ready-to-wear designs of Lexi Clothing.
