The 2011 Adelaide Good Food & Wine Show launch was be held on the 19 August 2011 at Rundle Mall, kicking off with a sample degustation menu of South Australia’s finest produce, followed by wine and dessert at the Hotel Richmond.
The who's who of Adelaide previewed what’s on offer at the show from 7 – 9 October at the Royal Adelaide Showgrounds.
The launch was hosted by celebrity chef Alastair McLeod, who has just been announced as one of the headline chefs appearing in the Fisher & Paykel Celebrity Theatre at the show later this year.
