We’ve been following the progress of an Adelaide’s own Chris and Alicia, who are taking part in a challenge to lose weight and shape up in 8 weeks called ‘Real People, Real Results’. They’re now more than half-way through and have less than 4 weeks to go. The winner will receive (in addition to a brand new body) a makeover and portrait session with Adelaide Photographer Greg Schwark. The Challenge is being run by Australian nutritional supplement company, Gen-Tec Nutrition, who are posting regular updates on their Facebook Page, as well as the ‘Before’ and ‘After’ photos for both challengers

Alicia is a working mum who also studies, and Chris is a partner in his Accounting business. They won the chance to take part in the challenge by sending in a photo of themselves and giving their reasons for wanting to take the challenge. They have very different lives, but both of them are motivated to shape up and somehow, make the time to exercise and eat right.

They’re also taking Nutritional Supplements specifically recommended by Gen-Tec Nutrition Owner and Sports Nutritionist Nick Jones. Among these, Nick has recommended each challenger supplement with a product sold by Future Nutrition, called Switch41.
