Adelaide Has Its Own Superhero Academy

Get your cape and your spandex at the ready…

Truthfully, Glam doesn’t deal with school holiday activities that often. But some of us are parents (of both tiny people and fur babies) and always keeping an eye out for ways to entertain the cherubs that doesn’t involve spending ridiculous amounts of money, the kids being glued endlessly to a screen or taking too much advantage of the in-laws.

Enter the Fairy Bay’s April holiday program – Superhero Academy.

This grabbed our attention because, basically, we wish we could attend. It’s an utter travesty that as grown adults the vast majority of us can’t choose to walk around in Superhero outfits and maintain gainful employment. Just another example of how messed up we’ve got our priorities in this world…

So as usual, your children are set to hoard all the magic. Their hosts will be Batman, Spiderman, Ironman and Captain America, as well as a very special Heroes & Villains session. Endless games, food, drink and picture opportunities will ensure that your child will peak with a radical high during the session, before returning into your arms ready to nap in the afternoon. Basically, it’s going to double your spare time.

Most importantly, children can come dressed as whatever superhero they like. For location and details on how to book, following this link – http://bit.ly/1Pobzaa

Considerately, Wonder Woman and Superman are not included on the list of characters appearing at the Academy, which means that when you get your kids back you can reassume your role as their everyday hero, sans cape and spandex.
