A new collaborative wine tasting experience is coming to TAPANAPPA in the Adelaide Hills.

At their cellar door with sweeping vineyard views, TAPANAPPA are teaming up with fellow Adelaide Hills wine labels DAOSA and Terre à Terre to offer eight of the finest wines from the trio.

The list includes but is not limited to the DAOSA Piccadilly Valley Blanc de Blanc Sparkling, Tapanappa Tiers Vineyard Chardonnay, and Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Reserve.

The new wine tasting is launching on January 20 and will be available to book Thursday to Sunday between 11am to 3pm.

TAPANAPPA’s Direct to Consumer Manager Molly Yang said the new experience brings the Croser family’s wine stories together in a unique experience.

“Guests will be able to enjoy the wines with the great view looking over our iconic Tiers Vineyard, the very first vineyard planted in the Adelaide Hills,” Molly said.

“Hosted by the knowledgeable staff from both tasting rooms, they also get to know a lot of history and fun stories of the pioneers in the Adelaide Hills wine region.”

DAOSA and Terre à Terre are the wine brands owned by Lucy and Xavier Bizot, the daughter and son-in-law of Brian and Ann Croser, owners of TAPANAPPA Wines.

The two labels were started in 2008, but the heritage goes further back in time.

From the beginning, the vision for Terre à Terre and DAOSA has been to grow grapes of exceptional quality from their carefully selected vineyard sites every year, and then vinify them using the best of French and Australian wine practises.

The DAOSA Tasting Room at TAPANAPPA opened in December 2021, and Molly said it has been a popular new feature amongst guests.

“We designed this Collaborative Tasting to include all the ‘must try’ bottles, so our guests can experience the best of all three brands”, Molly said.

The collaborative experience will be a permanent tasting option at TAPANAPPA cellar door, which is $45 per person.

Guests who buy any of the wines included in the collaborative tasting on the day will receive a $20 voucher redeemable in both cellar doors (representing $40 total value).

Only a 25 minute drive from Adelaide city centre in Piccadilly, the TAPANAPPA cellar door with its new experience welcomes guests to have a tipple and learn the history of the glorious region as they sip.

The collaborative TAPANAPPA, DAOSA and Terre à Terre tasting will launch on January 20 and will cost $45 per person. You can make a booking here.
