Boasting a distinct Nevada vibe, the venue features a bistro, restaurant, sports bar, gaming area and private outdoor beer garden; catering for the broad demographic that populates the northern suburbs of Adelaide. The

Independent Pub Group CEO Greg Maitland has overseen the entire transformation from The Brahma Lodge to The Lodge Hotel, and is already extremely happy with the reaction to the new look hotel.

“We found there was a real gap in the market in the northern suburbs for a contemporary venue for social gatherings with good food and wine.

“The Lodge has now become the destination of choice in the north whether it be for after work drinks, Saturday night outings or lazy Sunday sessions, and prides itself on being a venue where people can wine and dine in a comfortable, laid-back ambience,” says Greg Maitland.

With a state of the art open fireplace, a charcoal rotisserie sizzling with suckling pig and Greek style lamb for only $23 with roasted vegetables, caramelized apples and Jus, and an outdoor beer garden with a retractable roof to relax and converse, the Lodge Hotel is destined to be a crowd favourite.

The Lodge Head Chef – Robert Johnston brings a wealth of experience to The Lodge Hotel; creating a rustic menu that pleases all palettes for both lunch and dinner.

Supporting the ‘Eat Local’ movement, The Lodge Hotel sources the majority of its produce locally, as well as the wine list, which has been carefully picked to marry menu dishes.

“We wanted to create a menu that showcases the amazing produce our great state has to offer. From succulent meat from Grasslands Premium Beef in regional SA, to our extensive wine list being selected from the renowned Barossa Valley region, our menu is a true reflection of South Australia,” says Robert Johnston.

One of many South Australian venues owned and managed by the Independent Pub Group (IPG) to undergo a complete renovation, The Lodge Hotel is ready to make a statement in the Adelaide hotel scene.
