South Australia will see a week of varied weather conditions, according to the latest report from the Bureau of Meteorology. As we move through June, Adelaide and the rest of South Australia can expect rain, possible thunderstorms, and some pretty frosty mornings.

Today, Adelaide will experience showers with a maximum temperature of 15 degrees. The chance of rainfall is high, ranging from 3 to 10 mm, and the likelihood of any rain happening is 95 per cent. Strong northerly winds are expected to change to westerly winds later in the day.

Tomorrow temperatures will slightly increase with a maximum of 16 degrees and a minimum of 7 degrees. The area will see a medium chance of showers, mostly in the morning, with possible rainfall up to 1 mm. Light winds will become north to northwesterly as the day progresses.

Monday will bring more consistent showers as temperatures range from 8 degrees to 17 degrees, and a 90 per cent chance of rain, with expected amounts between 2 to 10 mm. Winds from the north to northwesterly direction will turn westerly, increasing in strength throughout the day.

Tuesday and Wednesday will see similar conditions. Showers will mainly affect the region on Tuesday, with a slight increase in temperatures by Wednesday. By Thursday and Friday, Adelaide will experience a break from the rain, with mostly sunny skies and temperatures reaching up to 20 degrees.

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued several warnings for the state. In the Mount Lofty Ranges forecast district, a warning to sheep graziers has been shared due to cold temperatures, showers, and strong westerly winds expected today. The frost warning for the Riverland forecast district also remains in effect, with ground-level temperatures predicted to drop to -1 degrees.

As for marine activities, strong wind warnings are in effect for multiple coastal areas around South Australia for both Saturday and Sunday. A flood warning is ongoing for the Inland Rivers SA, with elevated river levels noted at various locations.
