There’s a mix of weather conditions coming over the next few days and over the weekend, according to the Bureau of Meteorology. Adelaide will experience variable weather ranging from cloudy to sunny, with showers throughout the week.
Today, the cloudy skies will continue with a maximum temperature of 18 degrees. A slight chance of showers exists particularly around the hills and the southern suburbs. Southerly winds will decrease by evening, creating milder conditions.
Tomorrow, the minimum temperatures will dip to 10 degrees, rising to a maximum of 19 degrees under partly cloudy skies. A slight chance of showers continues as winds shift from south to southwesterly, gradually easing by night.
The forecast for Monday brings more pronounced changes, with a higher probability of showers and a consistent temperature range from 10 degrees to 19 degrees. Westerly winds in the morning will shift southwesterly in the afternoon.
The remainder of the week shows an improvement in weather, with Tuesday marking the start of clearing clouds and a maximum of 19 degrees. By Wednesday, residents can look forward to sunny skies and warmer temperatures reaching up to 22 degrees. Towards the end of the week possible showers are back on the cards with Thursday and Friday, each peaking at 26 degrees.
For agricultural and pastoral areas, conditions remain challenging with isolated showers and thunderstorms predicted, particularly in the northwest by Monday. These areas will also experience below-average temperatures throughout the week, affecting both pastoral and agricultural activities.
The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a warning to sheep graziers in several districts, including the Mount Lofty Ranges, Kangaroo Island, Flinders, Mid North, Murraylands, Upper South East, Lower South East, and North East Pastoral areas. Grazier conditions are expected to be harsh with cold temperatures, showers, and sustained southerly winds through Saturday, posing a risk to livestock, particularly lambs and sheep.
In marine forecasts, a strong wind warning has been declared for Saturday for the South Central Coast, Upper South East Coast, and Lower South East Coast. Mariners are advised to monitor updates and take precautions as necessary.
Happy Saturday, enjoy the weekend!
