Adelaide is expected to see changing weather patterns, with showers and cool temperatures forecasted over the next few days, according to the Bureau of Meteorology. Today, the city is anticipating cloudy skies with a maximum of 16 degrees and light showers.
Tomorrow will see an occasional shower, with similar temperature highs around 16 degrees and a low of 8 degrees. The rainfall is expected to be around 0 to 2 mm. By Friday, conditions are set to clear up, with a mostly sunny day with temperatures reaching up to 17 degrees and a low of 6 degrees.
The weekend forecast sees a return of the wet weather, with showers predicted throughout and into next week.
A frost warning is in effect for the Riverland, Upper South East, and Lower South East forecast districts, with potential low temperatures down to -1 degrees expected on Wednesday morning. Marine activities along the South Australian coasts, including the Far West Coast, Upper West Coast, Lower West Coast, and Central Coast, are cautioned against strong winds until Thursday.
Flood warnings have been issued for the inland rivers, including the Warburton and Cooper Creek.
Throughout South Australian, there is a ridge of high pressure and a moving low-pressure system, and towards Saturday, a cold front is expected, impacting mostly southern regions. The state will experience chances of isolated thunderstorms, particularly towards the west.
