Adelaide can expect a sunny day today, with temperatures reaching a high of 28 degrees, according to the latest update from the Bureau of Meteorology. This will be followed by varying temperatures and conditions over the coming days.
Tomorrow will bring a cooler morning at 18 degrees, again reaching 28 degrees at its peak. The day might not stay clear, as there is a 50 per cent chance of showers and even the potential for a storm, particularly later in the day. Winds will be shifting from the north to the northeast, intensifying from 20 km/h to the 30 km/h, potentially escalating further as they change from south to southwest in the afternoon.
By Friday, the temperature cools back down, ranging from a chilly 13 degrees to a mild 21 degrees. The likelihood of rain decreases significantly to just 20 per cent, with a partly cloudy but mostly sunny day.
The weekend looks a bit brighter, with Saturday expected to be sunny and warmer with temperatures climbing back up to 28 degrees after a brisk morning. Sunday’s forecast suggests another round of showers with temperatures peaking at 31 degrees, which could provide some respite from the preceding warmer conditions.
Moving forward, Monday will see showers with the temperatures ranging between 17 degrees and 22 degrees. Tuesday’s forecast sees a further drop in temperatures, aligning with another bout of light showers and a cooler end to the day at only 18 degrees.
The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a Strong Wind Warning for the South Central Coast and Lower South East Coast for Thursday.
