Adelaide’s First Taco Bar ‘Disco Mexico’ Has Just Opened

Thanks to Adelaide’s undying love for Mexican food and drink, we now have our very first taco bar.

Hooo mama! If you’ve ever had a hankering for a tequila (or two), a dance and some tacos – in any order – then you’re in for a treat. Adelaide’s first dedicated taqueria and bar, Disco Mexico, has just opened up on Gouger Street (next to Mexican Society) and it looks pretty awesome.

This new little joint is the workings of the guys behind Super California and Chef Alejandro from Lucky Lupitas. They’ll be dishing up the tacos, quesadillas, tostadas and plenty of cocktails like “Who’s Ya Papaya” and “El Paco”.

Equipped with disco balls, neon lights and a Vote For Pedro-esque sign above the bar we going to call it – this looks like the perfect spot for your next fiesta.

Open Wednesday-Saturday from 5:30-Late; CLOSED Sunday-Tuesday
