While the official opening is set for January 17th, you can get an exclusive preview of this exciting venue on New Year’s Day.

Tucked away atop Pirie Street, SORA is about to redefine Adelaide’s skyline. The name means “sky” in Japanese, and it promises to be more than just a venue; it’s a place where delicious food meets entertainment, all with stunning city views.

On New Year’s Day, SORA offers a perfect way to recover from your New Year’s Eve celebrations. Starting at 2pm, you can savour a range of delectable snacks curated by renowned chef Adam Liston. From pork and cabbage gyozas to sake-cured salmon skewers with wasabi and lime, there’s something for everyone.

The roaming snacks will be free-flowing until sold out.

As you enjoy these tasty treats, the beats from DJs Felicity, Tom Ganly, Dylan Sanders, and Joshua Pathan will keep you dancing and grooving to a disco-infused atmosphere.

Tickets are available for $50 per person, covering entry and roaming canapes. Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to be among the first to experience SORA.

Beyond the New Year’s Day event, SORA has much more to offer. With room for up to 400 patrons, it seamlessly transitions between a restaurant and a bar. Chef Adam Liston’s menu blends Asian and Western influences, offering a sophisticated yet approachable dining experience.

Mark your calendars for January 17th, 2024, when SORA officially opens its doors to the public.
