In partnership with Prohibition Liquor Co., Next Door cocktail bar are opening their doors to the public for a cocktail making class, and there’s one every month from April to June.

Hosted at Next Door, learn from the experienced teams how to make two bespoke gin cocktails straight from the signature menu at Prohibition, including the iconic Navy Gimlet, a navy strength gin with lime juice and sugar syrup, and the Bathtub Cut Negroni, a reimagined Italian classic.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with the choice between olives or almonds as an in-class snack to fuel your creativity, before enjoying your first self-made cocktail over an antipasto platter and continuing on to your second.

Each class will include:

  • Two cocktails
  • Nibbles
  • Cocktail recipe cards

We can’t think of a better way to spend the weekend and gather a wealth of cocktail knowledge sure to impress your friends when you recreate the cocktails at home.

Tickets are $59, and classes run for three hours. The April class has already sold out, but tickets for May and June classes are still available so be quick.
