We are set for a mostly sunny day today with a maximum of 28 degrees. Expect light winds becoming south to southwesterly 15 to 25 km/h in the middle of the day then turning southeasterly in the evening. There’s only a 5% chance of rain today.
As for the fire danger rating, it is high in the Mount Lofty Rangers, but there is no rating in the Adelaide Metropolitan area.
Looking ahead to Saturday it’s set to stay warm. Expect a maximum of 30 degrees and a minimum of 15 degrees. With mostly sunny conditions to kick off the long weekend, light winds becoming southwesterly 15 to 25 km/h in the middle of the day then turning southeasterly in the evening.
Sunday will once again see mostly sunny conditions, with a hot high of 37 degrees, a low of 17 degrees, and a 5% chance of rain. As for the day off on Monday the warm conditions will continue with a high of 34 degrees and mostly sunny.
Over the next week, the UV is set to reach extreme levels of 12 and 13. With these high numbers, it is recommended to wear sun protection from 9:00am to 5:40pm each day.
