Happy Saturday, Adelaide! The city will reach a top of 17 degrees and a low of 7 degrees today. It’s going to be cloudy, with a slight chance of showers this morning. Expect southeasterly winds at 20 to 30 km/h, picking up to 25 to 35 km/h by early afternoon.
Across the state, it’s a chilly day in the Mount Lofty Ranges with Parawa and Stirling reaching a top of just 12 degrees and showers expected. Naracoorte and Coonawarra in the Lower South East will see highs of 14 degrees. Meanwhile, Port Lincoln and Cummins in the Lower Eyre Peninsula will enjoy a slightly warmer top of 16 degrees.
BOM has issued two weather warnings this morning. There is a Strong Wind Warning for the Far West Coast, Upper West Coast, Lower West Coast, Central Coast, South Central Coast, Spencer Gulf, Gulf St Vincent, Investigator Strait, and Upper South East Coast.
For sheep graziers, be aware of cold temperatures, showers, and southeasterly winds today in parts of the Mount Lofty Ranges. These conditions will continue into Sunday for the Mount Lofty Ranges, Flinders, Mid North, and North East Pastoral forecast districts, posing a risk to lambs and sheep exposed to the weather.
Taking a look at the weather across the country, Sydney will see a sunny top of 24 degrees and a low of 10 degrees. While Melbourne will be a bit chilly with a top of 12 degrees and a low of 9 degrees with showers. Brisbane will see a party cloudy top of 23 degrees and a low of 13 degrees. While Perth will be warm and sunny top of 27 degrees and a low of 13 degrees.
