Adelaide will see at a mostly sunny day today with a high of 17 degrees and a low of 5 degrees. Expect a bit of a frosty start across the state this morning, with southeasterly winds blowing at 25 to 35 km/h. In the foothills and southern suburbs, the winds will be fresh and gusty, especially in the morning.
Across the state, Nuriootpa in the Mount Lofty Ranges will see morning frost, but clear up to sunny skies with a top of 14 degrees. Murray Bridge in the Murraylands is also experiencing some morning frost, but will enjoy mostly sunny conditions with a high of 18 degrees. Port Pirie in the Mid North will have a sunny day with a top of 19 degrees. And Coober Pedy in the North West Pastoral is looking a bit windy, with a high reaching 22 degrees.
BOM has issued a few weather warnings this morning. Strong Wind Warnings are in place for the Far West Coast, Upper West Coast, and Lower West Coast.
While Sheep Graziers should be aware of cold temperatures and southeasterly winds this morning. Areas including the Flinders, parts of the Mount Lofty Ranges, Eastern Eyre Peninsula, Mid North, and North East Pastoral forecast districts may be affected. There’s a risk of losses among lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
Frost Warnings have also been issued for the Mount Lofty Ranges, Mid North, Riverland, Murraylands, Upper South East, and Lower South East forecast districts. Temperatures could drop to -1 degrees in some areas this morning.
Taking a look at the weather across the country, Sydney will see a shower or two with a high of 17 degrees and a low of 9 degrees. Melbourne is set for a partly cloudy day with a top of 13 degrees and a low of 8 degrees. Brisbane will enjoy a partly cloudy day with a high of 25 degrees and a low of 13 degrees. And Perth is in for a sunny day, reaching 25 degrees with a low of 13 degrees.
