Adelaide had a chilly start to the morning with temperatures sitting around 5 degrees at 6am. As the day progresses, we’re expecting mostly sunny conditions with a top of 19 degrees and a low of 8 degrees. It should be a pretty calm day overall, with no weather warnings from the BOM.
Across the state, temperatures are similar. In the Mount Lofty Ranges, Victor Harbor and Strathalbyn will experience partly cloudy skies with highs of 16 degrees. Naracoorte and Coonawarra in the Lower South East will also see partly cloudy conditions, reaching tops of 17 degrees. In the North West Pastoral, Coober Pedy and Roxby Downs will see a bit more sunshine with temperatures climbing to 23 degrees.
Taking a look at the weather across the country, Perth will enjoy warm and sunny weather with a high of 27 degrees and a low of 14 degrees. Brisbane will also be warm, reaching 26 degrees, but showers are on the way, with a low of 16 degrees. Melbourne will see partly cloudy skies with a top of 15 degrees and a low of 8 degrees. And in Sydney, there will be a shower or two, with a high of 20 degrees and a low of 15 degrees.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Adelaide will see some fairly mild weather. On Saturday, we’re looking at a partly cloudy day with a high of 17 degrees and a low of 9 degrees, with a slight chance of showers in the hills and southern suburbs in the morning. Sunday will bring more sunshine with a high of 18 degrees and a low of 6 degrees.
