Adelaide will see a top of 24 degrees with plenty of sunshine today, dipping to a chilly low of 9 degrees. Winds will start off northeasterly at 15 to 25 kilometres per hour, shifting to an easterly breeze in the late afternoon at around 15 to 20 kilometres per hour.
Across South Australia, the sunshine continues. Nuriootpa and Mount Barker in the Mount Lofty Ranges will see highs of 23 degrees. Down in the Lower South East, Naracoorte and Coonawarra will be slightly cooler with a top of 21 degrees. While Port Pirie in the Mid North will enjoy a warm 28 degrees, and Cummins on the Lower Eyre Peninsula is looking at a sunny 27 degrees.
Across the country, Sydney can expect a few showers today, with temperatures reaching a high of 21 degrees and a low of 15. Melbourne will be mostly sunny with a top of 18 degrees and a cool low of 8. Brisbane will see partly cloudy skies, hitting 24 degrees with a low of 14. And in Perth, prepare for some rain and wind, with a top of 18 degrees and a low of 12.
Looking ahead to the weekend in Adelaide, we’ll see some rain. Saturday will bring a high of 20 degrees and a low of 12, with a few showers expected. Sunday will be similar, with a top of 20 degrees and a low of 13, along with a shower or two.
