ADL Fashion Week, presented by the Adelaide Economic Development Agency (AEDA), has dropped the program for its 2025 edition, and it’s big. Across four days in October, fashion will spill into laneways, hotels, and theatres with more than 30 events, headlined by five major runways at The Loft inside The Richmond Hotel.
Greg Ratsch, General Manager at AEDA, shared his excitement about the upcoming fashion week. He highlighted the diversity and talent of the designers set to participate, stating, “We are thrilled to feature upcoming, established and local designers across these runways, showcasing Adelaide’s talent and creativity.”
The event will kick off with all ages welcome at the runway shows spanning two days. The schedule includes two shows on Friday 10 October at 6pm and 9pm, and three on Saturday 11 October at 11am, 3pm and 7pm.

This year, the runways are particularly special as the Clip Joint Creative Team, celebrating their 50th anniversary, joins as the Official Hair Partner, and Media Makeup returns as the Official Makeup Partner.
Dr Nathan James Crane, Board Chair of the South Australian Fashion Industry Association (SAFIA), expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership with ADL Fashion Week.
“SAFIA is excited to partner with ADL Fashion Week this year, and to see these five incredible runways come to life,” he noted.
The runway events are curated to showcase a wide array of fashion styles and innovations. The first runway, dubbed Future Collective and presented by SAFIA, will spotlight rising local talents such as Archives of Zobo, Blakesby Hats & Accessories, Bübish, and several others. This event promises to give a platform to the future stars of Adelaide’s fashion scene.
Acler, led by Kathryn Forth and Julia Ritorto, will host the second runway on Friday, presenting their Resort ’26 collection. This event is a key highlight, offering an exclusive global debut of the collection.
“Proudly South Australian owned and designed, Acler is honoured to present Resort ’26 as a celebration of transformation – of womanhood in motion, design in evolution, and life in constant reinvention,” shared co-founder Kathryn Forth.
The Saturday 11am runway will present further creativity from state designers showcasing an array of dynamic and original designs with labels such as Byrd Studio, Catherine Ferraro and others taking part.
Later at 3pm, The Edit will introduce new season collections from several prominent brands. Capping off the runway events at 7pm will be Handcrafted, a celebration of couture featuring top couture houses like couture+love+madness and Alexis George.
Beyond the runway, ADL Fashion Week boasts a diverse program ranging from a fashion-infused ballet performance to high teas and long lunches. Highlights include the industry breakfast hosted by SAFIA, a ballet performance at Adelaide Town Hall, and sustainable fashion tours.
Presale tickets go live at 10:30am on Tuesday 9 September, with general sales following the next day, and organisers are urging fashion lovers to move fast.
