ADL Fashion Week will be back and better than ever this spring, bringing five days of style to the city. In 2025, ADL Fashion Week is returning with a reimagined format from October 8th to 12th, where the very best of the South Australian fashion scene will be on show.

During this year’s expanded five-day festival, ADL Fashion Week is partnering with the South Australian Fashion Industry Association (SAFIA) to create a dynamic program that will bring a whole lot of style to all corners of the city. The Adelaide Economic Development Agency (AEDA), which presents the festival, plans an exciting leap forward in promoting Adelaide’s creative industries this year, with a real focus on fashion, beauty, culinary arts, and design.

Michael Rossi, Executive Manager of Marketing & Tourism at AEDA, shared, “This is a landmark year. We’ve grown the festival into a powerful platform for industry growth, creative expression and city vibrancy, delivering five days of fashion, innovation and opportunity. ADL Fashion Week is iconically Adelaide and proudly for the world.

“With associated events, runways, talks, and workshops, it’s a full celebration of Adelaide as the festival city.”

The previous festival in 2024 set the benchmark high, with more than 2,200 ticket sales and a third of the programs spotlighting sustainability.

“This event is a critical platform for South Australia’s fashion industry. It gives designers and makers the opportunity to be seen, to grow, and to connect with audiences in meaningful ways. We’re excited to see this partnership reach new heights and authentically showcase the talent in our state,” said Nathan James Crane, SAFIA Board Chair.

Greg Ratsch, General Manager at AEDA also shared, “ADL Fashion Week offers a valuable opportunity for businesses across the city and North Adelaide to align with Adelaide’s growing reputation for creativity and innovation. Participating in the festival connects brands to new audiences, strengthens visibility, and fosters collaboration across industries.”

The Associated Events Program invites local businesses to engage creatively by hosting a new event, launching a product, or activating a unique space during the festival. In 2025, businesses can take advantage of tiered marketing support packages, which provide various promotional benefits and guidance.

The 2025 edition of ADL Fashion Week is a fantastic chance for any fashion lover to check out what our industry leaders are doing differently. Not only is this a festival celebrating fashion, but also a place for strengthening industry connections and showcasing South Australia’s best creative talents on a grand scale.
